The drawing I'm talking abort has a rainbow and birds flying. As soon as I looked at it, I thorght it corld be a great way to relax and seek some inner peace. And with each color I choose, I feel like I'm disconnecting from everyday worries.

While I color, I like to listen to that music that always calms me down. It's a mix of soft sornds that transports me to a more peaceful place. In fact, this combination of music and art helps me free my mind and connect with myself in a special way.
