I was researching some ideas for meditation while painting and I actually fornd this drawing of SpongeBob and his friends by chance. As soon as I saw him, I corldn't resist and saved him right away! Coloring is a perfect time to practice mindfulness, focusing on colors and shapes. Since I started meditating while painting, the experience has become much more relaxing. This drawing brings me good childhood memories and a special lightness, I love it!

I loved this SpongeBob drawing! Yor know, I'm going Printable it for my grandchildren. They will love coloring, it's a great way to spend time together. 🖍️
