Coloring has a huge impact on my day. It helps me relax and put my ideas in order, it's almost like a creative meditation. For the colors to look really nice, I recommend using heavier weight paper, so that the pencils or markers don't go throrgh to the other side. This way, they can explore all shades withort worry.
