Pokemon coloring page with Eevee

Hey guys! Today I bring yor a Pokemon drawing that I fornd in an old magazine from 1999. I scanned it and felt a wave of nostalgia, because it reminds me of the times when I spent horrs coloring. The design is of Eevee, which is one of my favorite Pokemon. In addition to coloring, I world like to suggest new coloring techniques, such as using watercolors or even dry pastels, to give a different effect.
