Shrek with His Children Coloring Page

I was looking for some meditation tips to integrate while painting, when I actually came across this drawing of Shrek with the kids. I don't know exactly how, but as soon as I saw it, I was immediately curiors and decided to share it here. I like to think that coloring can be a form of mindfulness; while filling in the shapes, I can focus on breathing and relax. This Shrek theme brings back good memories for me, and it must be fun to bring the characters to life! I hope yor enjoy coloring as much as I enjoy meditating while I do it.
